Start with the exact words on screen
Support questions are easier to solve when the original message stays visible. All 17 researched records appear together with a category, a known code when the Help Center provides one, the documented cause and a direct first fix. Search by the full message or a short code such as MM1, MM7, MM8 or 2999.
The first response is usually local: switch networks, close background apps, restart the phone, or sign out of a stale session. Region messages are different. They indicate that the account and app do not match, so the fix is to use the India build with an India-region account and avoid VPN or proxy changes.

01 / TRIAGE
Filter the symptom before changing the account
Use the search field to isolate the original message. MM1 means a stale in-game session; MM7 and login game server timeout point to intermittent connection drops; MM8 is a matchmaking failure that can also involve another app or MOD. Payment records split between unstable network, invalid Google Play currency and an out-of-country gift card. Those are different causes, so repeating the same purchase is not a universal fix.
For a connection problem, move between Wi-Fi and 4G/LTE, close background apps and restart the phone. For MM1, log out from Settings > Basic > Log Out, sign in again and retry. For another-device access, use Logout from all devices and change the platform password.

02 / REGION
Read non-India-region messages literally
Two records cover the non-India samples. “Your current registration has been detected as India” appears when registration from India is attempted on a non-India edition; turn off VPN or proxy and install Free Fire India from Google Play or the App Store. “The account you are logging in with is not in the India region” means a non-India account is being used in Free Fire India; switch to an India account or use Free Fire MAX on Android / Free Fire on iOS.
The matching India-region message points in the other direction: an India account opened in Free Fire or Free Fire MAX should use Free Fire India, whose package is com.garena.game.ffi and whose App Store ID is 6449933265.
03 / ACCOUNT
Protect progress before you need a ticket
Guest progress is stored on the device and can be lost after an update unless the account is bound. Bind the guest account while you can still open it, and use the official recovery and support forms for a lost login. The store listings identify freefireindia@garena.com as the developer email and the India Help Center as customer service.
Account deletion starts with a ticket; a unique code arrives by in-game mail, typically within 72 hours, and a screenshot of that code confirms the request. A suspended account record states that a third-party application can trigger permanent suspension and that appeals are not accepted, so remove MODs and unofficial tools before troubleshooting ordinary connection errors.
